Locations perfect, but the room...

This hotel is very affordable...
Liked: It was affordable and decent.
Disliked: They were doing construction, the toilet got stopped up, and the ac stopped working.

Passable
Liked: All around good value if you book early enough. Rooms were cleaned daily but were a bit warm. Close to the beach and offered free chairs and umbrellas.
Disliked: Hallways were filled with random linens and mattresses. Had a bunch of just random crap in front of my room.

Liked: Location is top, close to everthing and just few steps from the beach, very big bed, modern and clean toilet and the hotel provides beach chairs and towels. Price is very competitive for what you get.
Disliked: A 200$ credit card deposit is required even for one night. It’s absolutely disproportionate as there are other systems in practice in other hotels. In my case the deposit will only be refunded in 1 month… Also, the noise isolation could be much better as the room can get a lot of noise from both outdoors and also from the hotel hallways.

Very good
Liked: The room had everything I needed. There was a safe, mini fridge, iron, hairdryer, nice towels. There was also a coffee maker and toiletries. The staff were all helpful and pleasant. It is also a very short easy walk to the beach from the hotel.
Disliked: My main issue wasn't with the hotel but rather the noise outside the hotel. There was loud bass music playing from somewhere and also a lot of street noise from people and it got in the way of sleep unfortunately.
