Disliked: The AC is very very very loud it’s made noisy whole night

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: We arrived late at night and found small bugs (not bedbugs) in our bed. We went and told the front desk and they sent a man up to check the room with us. He called and told the front desk there were no bugs, even though we had found one together, and they told me that there were no bugs (even though I had photos of them). They ended up switching our room to a room on the 1st floor, where we also saw a cockroach on the floor. There is a bar on the roof and the lobby gets filled with drunk patrons after 12am which we could hear through the walls into our room. They also have the bouncers for the bar sitting in the lobby and the line to get upstairs. The AC was broken in our room and made loud cracking noises all night. The room/bathroom is divided by a glass shower door, which is open at the top. It's frosted but you can still see through it fairly well. Additionally, and this may be listed somewhere, we were under the impression they offered a discount to Spa Castle, but they told us that was the old owners.
