Liked: There was a lounge upstairs that I enjoyed the food was good the drinks were good the staff were very pleasant
Disliked: The room was very small, no phone, no room service after being told by two front desk workers that it was. The housekeepers woke me up in the morning arguing with one another. The location was horrible. There was no parking and there was no ice container in the room when I asked the front desk for ice. They brought me ice up and a store-bought plastic bag.(very unsanitary.)

The worst hotel experience I...

Liked: The only advantage for this hotel is the location, other parts are sucks…especially the noise from the bar located at top floor.
Disliked: Don’t come to this hotel unless you want to have a sleeping environment with the noise from Bar and the shaking of walls. And the staff will tell you they have no idea with the noise and ask you to buy ear plugs for yourself. They even don’t have it LOL

Liked: The location is great for food. The balcony feature was a nice add on. The staff was great. The bed was comfortable, maybe a little too comfortable at times.
Disliked: The balcony door was hard to close and keep closed. On one side of the bed, the flooring was destroyed and the nightstand was not in place properly due to the shower. You have to use your room card to control the lights in the room. The doors to the toilet area and shower closed very hard and loud which is concerning as it is glass.
