The Omni King Edward Hotel

Decently close to theatre. Staff at front desk were great. Consort bar staff were great. Colour scheme gloomy.

Liked: Little coffee shop (with Italian type treats).
Disliked: Trying to figure out free breakfast. The oatmeal I had for breakfast was not oatmeal but basically rice crispies and cornflakes.

A great place to stay in Toronto. Definitely would stay again. Good staff and food. Not much bad to say about this hotel.

Liked: Very elegant and well appointed property in a central location. Excellent room and facilities. Of particular note, the staff were exceptional in making our stay memorable.

Disliked: It is really noisy. From weddings at 17th floor to not good isolated rooms, up to noises coming from the aircon and pipes inside the walls.

Liked: The staff. They were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The carpet and blackout curtains need updating. The blackout curtains were stained.

Wonderful location

Liked: Great location, nice bar and very nice staff. The spa is also nice.
Disliked: While the hotel is very clean, it's showing its age and the rooms need a renovation.
