The Omni King Edward Hotel

Decently close to theatre. Staff at front desk were great. Consort bar staff were great. Colour scheme gloomy.

Liked: Little coffee shop (with Italian type treats).
Disliked: Trying to figure out free breakfast. The oatmeal I had for breakfast was not oatmeal but basically rice crispies and cornflakes.

A great place to stay in Toronto. Definitely would stay again. Good staff and food. Not much bad to say about this hotel.

Liked: Very quick response when I called the service desk to clarify the situation with the missed special requests. Very quiet rooms - but the doors need more sound reduction - overall , good.
Disliked: It seemed I was dealing with several people but disjointed - I pre- ordered celebratory drink but was disappointed when it was not there upon arrival. Also the room rate went down $170 within 24 hours of booking it. Yet no one would honour the difference because it was already paid for!?? Very dishonourable. Poor taste. Also the checkout process was confusing- I received a txt advising me the click on my email connection to check out. I never received it. This again was settled by the service desk after being on hold at the front desk for almost 10 min.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff.

Liked: Everything about this hotel was perfect for our 3 night stay. Convenient location for walking to the main sight seeing attractions. Room was very clean and the staff exceptional .

Wonderful experience!

Liked: Staff is always friendly and helpful! It’s a beautiful historic building, centrally located.
Disliked: The coffee maker in the room. It didn’t work properly. Wouldn’t take the pods properly and water leaked all over.

Liked: Staff very pleasant and helpful, room was extremely comfortable and the location was perfect for my stay. I would have loved to have stayed longer but I was invited to stay with relatives - it was definitely a lovely hotel.
