Fantastic service and wonderful facility.
Liked: Front desk connecting via text and being easily and quickly accessible! Great service.
Disliked: Not the hotel, but sad the great restaurant downstairs was closed due to COVID, but our stay was still amazing!

Liked: the facility is lovely. the room was great.
Disliked: Would have liked to know that no bar or restaurant in the hotel was currently open and there were no other arrangements made.

Liked: I loved how clean the hotel was. With COVID-19 running rampant throughout the world it?s nice to see extra steps even by hotels. Check in was a breeze. The room is huge, and the beds are super comfortable!
Disliked: The one and only thing I wasn?t a fan of. Which is at no fault of the hotel. There is another building going up right beside the hotel, the construction workers started working at 7am on a Saturday. But you could o it hear then faintly! I still have a 10/10

Dirty room without privacy
Disliked: The room was terribly dusty - see attached picture. I did not plan to make a big deal out if it, but the hotel itself sent me a message to ask how was my room, so i told them it was dusty. I was asked if i would like the room to be refreshed which i agreed on. Three hours later when we came back to the room it was exactly the same - covered in dust. I told the hotel stuff about it they were apologetic and offered us to reclean the room. It was too late at this point we wanted to sleep, so i declined. Front desk did bring me two bottles of beer for my trouble which i could not drink because i did not have the bottle opener. In addition the maintenance guy opened the room door with his card without knocking (while we were changing) to check on heat pump. He assured me that he thought our room was unoccupied. Bottom line there are many much cheaper 4+ star hotel options in downtown toronto but we chose omni king edward for its reputation - big mistake.
