Liked: I liked everything! The location is excellent as you can walk to many popular tourist spots. The room was large enough and comfortable. The staff was amiable!
Disliked: I believe the bed was softer than I would have liked. I woke up a little sore. B ut then again, I walked more than I have in any city other than Rome.

Disliked: Not clean. Unacceptable for the price. Even after stating the complaints nothing was done. The room was dirty when checking in. It is a very dated aesthetic. The only good thing i have to say is the location for places in downtown Toronto. I will never stay here again, seeing hair and nails in the hotel room when checking in and hearing “we’re sorry” is not enough, and will never be sufficient. You’re paying for an elevated stay and experience. This was terrible and the staff made me realize the problem isn’t just housekeeping but probably the entire staff at this point. I will never recommend anyone to stay here. Terrible Hotel. The most forgetful experience.
