Liked: tasteful decor, location
Disliked: having to enter into garage and handling your own luggage up three flights and no breakfast service, other than very poor tray breakfast to room on certain days

Nice hotel and location poor...

Liked: Great location
Disliked: Air conditioning didn’t work. They brought us fans. Next day they moved us. We repeatedly (nicely) asked for some type of compensation for the first night since it was miserably hot (and an expensive stay) they were rude and did nothing for us. The day manager acted like we made it up even though the staff confirmed the room did not cool.
