Liked: Quirky Hotel in a great location. Easy parking. Short walk to great eateries and bars.

Very Unique clean property

Liked: We stayed here the night before a cruise. We rented room 7 and 8. Super close to the cruise terminal, restaurants close by. Very fun boutique hotel. Every room has a different theme. Even though it's small, the owner thought of everything. Mini Fridge, snacks, water/coffee, microwave, clothes steamer, etc. There is a washer/dryer available. From the pictures on-line I was concerned about the neighborhood, but I felt very safe walking around.
Disliked: There is no front desk or personnel on property. They text you 30 minutes before check in with the code. (this is disclosed in the reservation) We flew in from Houston and had a van take us to the property. With the flight arrival time, and drive time we arrived about an hour before check in. We had to sit on the sidewalk with luggage and my 93 year old mother waiting for the code. Nothing to do with the property, but Uber/lift is slow/difficult. That's another story...

Exceptional

Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable and supplied more need than we expected. It was a very convenient walk to the Strand and an easy drive to the beach. Contactless Check in was easy. They gave very good directions.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like. We will plan to stay there again when we next go to Galveston.
