Exceptional

Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Liked: We liked the price. It was clean. I liked the rainfall shower.
Disliked: The bathroom door had a loud squeak. Stowing luggage in the laundry room did not seem secure. The lack of staff.

Great location, reasonable price and...

Liked: We had an early start so didn't partake in the breakfast but we did appreciate that it was there. Great recommendation for Sugar n Rye. Check in was really smooth & all comms were excellent.

Good location in Galveston.

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: Lack of kitchenware and utensils. There were none. What's the point of having a microwave?

Liked: Affordable and great location to downtown Galveston. Very well put together and wonderful communication with owners.

Nice hotel

Liked: The hotel was nice, easy check in process.
Disliked: Noise. You can hear every guest talking. Refrigerator is noisy.

Bad

Disliked: The room has a terrible odour, it smells very damp and mouldy. At night the room is so bright, with a huge gap around the door letting bright light from the front flood in. The window has a flimsy blind which allows the spotlight on the car lot to dazzle all night.

Superb

Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: I like a bath tub.

Magical

Liked: This hotel is amazing. It made a weekend getaway absolutely magical. High end accommodations.
