This was our second stay...

Liked: The room was a good size and very clean . All the staff were very friendly and helpful . Breakfast was great with lots of choice

Very friendly and helpful staff....

Liked: Situation, comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff and management, meals.
Disliked: There was a problem with the lock of the door of room 2, which is apparently a well known problem, but the manager was very good and changed me to a different (up-graded) room, which was greatly appreciated!

A welcome break

Liked: Room was very spacious, a little worn but very clean and the bed was very comfortable A to with all the channels was available for use, A lovely little tea point with kettle was very welcoming
Disliked: carpet could be cleaner was all I could fault

Would not stay here again

Liked: The cats are sweet but I worry they aren’t sterilised as there were a few kittens
Disliked: Room was very hot. Asked for a fan but they said they didn’t have any left. This is a standard in any decent room and as it was a very hot day and night was extremely uncomfortable to stay in. The bathroom was full of flying ants and small cockroaches. There wasn’t a window in the bathroom so they were getting from a hole. I didn’t stay long in there to find out. WiFi didn’t work. Lock on door was very difficult to open
