Great place to stay a...

Liked: Staff friendly, size of the room, nice restaurant with good food and great beers.

A pleasant stay all round

Liked: Location. There were 3 of us and we actually had 2 rooms when I was expecting 1. There was tea, coffee etc, toiletries, bottles of water. All more than we were expecting. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar downstairs was comfortable, dinner was excellent and the board games were an added bonus. Room was clean.
Disliked: One of the 3 beds was very squeaky so ruined the nights sleep. TV reception was very poor, basically couldn't watch anything. Water tank for shower and toilet was very noisy. Extractor fan in bathroom did not work and no window. Room is very much in need of painting, looking very tired and old.
