Unfortunate, did not live up...

Liked: The room and en-suite were very good.
Disliked: The restaurant was not open for the first 2 nights, breakfast was pretty minimal. There seemed to be no full time staff, more like a B&B most of the time. There was not a comfortable lounge available, the one in your illustration was actually a locked office and not available. This room was the main reason I booked the Hotel.

Great hospitality, highly recommend any...

Liked: The room was very comfortable and clean. loved the extra touches so you could make a coffee. Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Great service.
Disliked: The only thing I can fault was the vegie sausage, grated carrot was a little on the raw side and the whole sausage a bitt claggie. Over all the breakfast was first class.

Old house with character but...

Liked: Our room was small but adequate and what we expected. Breakfast was good with both hot and cold options.
Disliked: The on site parking was tiny and they tried to cram everyone in to the limited space. The access road is very narrow with cars parked making it even narrower. Because of this we would stay here again.

Good hotel in a dodgy...

Liked: Bridgewater as a town was far worse than we expected. This probably let the hotel down because in isolation the hotel was nice; family room was very practical with a 2 year old the breakfast was good. Staff were excellent in terms of logistics and friendliness.
