Liked: Tracey was definitely the hostess with the mostest, she went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The breakfast choice was fantastic and always cooked to perfection. The location was spot on for all amenities. Would definitely stop here again and would recommend to anyone . Thank you Tracey ….

Liked: Great host,very friendly.Plenty of choices for breakfast.B&B situated close to the beach and the Old Town.Easy walk into Hastings centre and to the train station.

Liked: The breakfast was freshly cooked and could be requested in advance. There was no long waits for tea and coffee nor the food. Our breakfast was delivered with a smile and a welcoming “good morning” It was a good start to my day

Liked: Breakfast was good. Great and friendly host. Location was easy to get to via train. Cosy room in a buzzing location in the old town. I really enjoyed my visit to Hastings and would stay here again.
