Comfortable room but wouldn't stay...

Liked: Our room was cosy and comfortable. Lovely selection of teas and coffee in our room. The room was clean and fresh.
Disliked: Issue with the breakfast order, my sister put on the form Vegan breakfast. At breakfast we were told "you just put vegan on the form, that means nothing to us".The host explained the food items you wanted should have been written in the comments box - however guests are unaware of what is in the kitchen..Overall a simple tick box would have been much easier to navigate.There was another guest who spoke little English, the host struggled to communicate and came across quite rude when speaking to him.

We only stayed one night...

Liked: Very comfortable room, lovely toiletries and a great breakfast.
Disliked: Found the room a little hot despite the fan being there, however that was just due to the weather.

Great base for a trip...

Liked: Very conveniently located in this quiet village. Great home cooked breakfast to order. Owners Phil and Lisa very friendly, easy going and helpful
Disliked: Trivial points only: breakfast coffee machine was average. Parking spaces a bit tight.

Really nice stay at a...

Liked: Everything was fine. property and facilities excellent. Breakfast superb with a great choice. Nice quiet village location, you almost expected to bump into Miss Marple at the local shop!

Nice and comfortable.

Liked: The location was great for Newmarket races which is what we went for. It is a small village and not much around but in fairness, we did not explore much. We did go to Cambridge which was lovely and not far.
Disliked: Perhaps ensure the parking has lines within which one should park.
