Perfect Cornish break

Liked: Beautiful house, superb room, delicious breakfasts. Hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. And Pippa the golden retriever is adorable!

Would definitely recommend. Thoroughly enjoyable

Liked: A fantastic place to stay. The owners were super friendly and welcoming giving us really interesting information on the history of the house and area. Seemed happy to give us time to show us the gardens and talk to us, nothing seemed a problem. I also loved the relaxed atmosphere at breakfast. The owners made everyone feel relaxed and easy to chat with each other. Strange I'm normally shy but felt very comfortable. Thank you xx

A beautiful, relaxing place

Liked: Our room was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious. The hosts are welcoming and we enjoyed talking to them very much. The garden is a gem. We really enjoyed it a lot and would highly recommend the Old Rectory!The only small thing that irritated me was that the room was serviced rather poorly, only the bin was emptied and the mugs were replaced. The bed wasn't made, the cookie jar wasn't refilled and when we came back in the evening the bath was just as we had left it. It was my birthday and I would have felt more welcome in the evening with a "perfect" room service.But nevertheless: all in all it was just wonderful!
