Liked: Excellent location. Beautiful period property. Everything you could need in room. Very clean. Owner was so helpful anything needed was done straight away. Would definitely stay again.

Liked: Very good accommodation for the price with large bedroom and ensuite. On street parking close by and the Metro station a short walk away.

Liked: Location suited my needs as 2.5 miles from my mum in South Shields. The room was clean and there was an en-suite bathroom. Perfect for what I needed

Disliked: Breakfast not included but that suited me fine!

Liked: I like that the property was close to the local shops and transport links. The area was fairly quiet and the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: I struggled with the front door security system, I was worried I wouldn’t be able to access the building if I came back late to the property.

Liked: It was clean and tidy. Plenty of tea/coffee/hot chocolate/milk available to make drinks.They are shared bathrooms, but there is plenty of shampoo/shower gel etc supplied.
Disliked: It is a bit confusing as it says The old Rectory bed and breakfast when you look it up, but it is just bed..
