Disappointing and a little misleading...

Liked: Location was handy for where we needed to be
Disliked: The ‘private bathroom’ was in another floor of the house - trouble for us as my dad’s disabled and struggled with stairs so he couldn’t use the bathroom. Thankfully there was a downstairs loo but he had nowhere to wash. It also wasn’t private as the bathroom was open for everyone else to use and we did witness some else using the room. The room was cold and smelled damp but we did get use of an extra heater.
