Disliked: There was no atmosphere in the dinner carriage , although it was fitted out to a high standard and we felt the food a bit limited in choice and was overpriced . However, the experience made up for it.

A fantastic 2 night stay...

Liked: The originality of the station, its history on show and that there were choices of breakfasts, afternoon tea and either high class dining experience or close proximity to walk up the road to the public house.
Disliked: Nothing

Something different, staff were excelent,...

Liked: Great location, so different from the normal accommodation, if you want something quirky it’s a go to.
Disliked: Shame the restaurant was closed during our stay, would have been good to have had the opportunity to use it.
