A beautiful boutique hotel right...

Liked: Absolutely loved the decor and the views out of Room 12! Lovely breakfast and dinner was also delicious.
Disliked: Curtains a bit stiff in our room

Great vista, friendly staff, but...

Liked: the terrace overlooking the bay was quite impressive, the breakfast and menu at the restaurant
Disliked: A pity you could only order food till 8pm, and no possibility to prolong your stay at the bar of the hotel outside, also no airconditioning,, but we knew that in advance, simply no way to predict the heat wave of the week we were in the area. One thing though, the hotel quotes that even though there is no parking you can easily park in front of the hotel to unload, i beg to differ. The streets leading to the hotel are tight, a large suv might actually get stuck in a curb, and there is no excess space to park, even if you stop, you risk a number of cars following yuou like a snake through the brickroad jungle getting more than a bit annoyed at your attempt to stop, so the only solution is keep on driving for a first parking lot that is almost always filled, and the second one doesn't accept cards, you need to install an app or use coins, so that bit really wasn't fun.

Liked: The location is fantastic - right in the center. We love the terrace overlooking the river which was a lovely place to relax and have a drink.

Liked: Location in Fowey Great view at the dining area
Disliked: Only a sun flower shower and no hat to keep hair dry.Room very hot and only tiny fan.Greasy marks on headboard from previous customers.Gap between head of bed and wall with the room looking like it could do with a little more TLC. Shabby outside again TLC.

Liked: Great terrace with a lovely harbour view. Great location.
Disliked: On the evening we arrived their phone wasn’t working, making our arrival more stressful than it should have been. Also very limited vegetarian options for dinner.
