Quiet and comfortable, excellent breakfasts

Liked: This was our third visit. Excellent, spacious and quiet garden room. Fabulous breakfast. Good location for Chichester and the South coast. Deborah is a friendly and attentive host.
Disliked: Nothing really, we have stayed before and knew what to expect.

Liked: The host was very welcoming and friendly on arrival, and gave plenty of suggestions for ideas to go out for dinner.Room was lovely - clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The outside pool and hot tub would be nice to use but time limitations meant we didn’t get to try these!

Liked: Beautiful, quiet location with a friendly and welcoming host,Deborah. Big,nicely decorated room with a comfortable bed and a really powerful shower. I had a delicious ,cooked breakfast and freshly brewed coffee. I will definitely stay again.

Beautiful place very warm and...

Liked: Breakfast was very good. Also the property was lovely and the lady was really nice.
Disliked: In the past I usually use hotels with communal rooms as I travel alone so I enjoy the company. Obviously as this was a b and b there was no communal room or meals outside breakfast. This is not a criticism as I knew that from the start.

Liked: English breakfast is an excellent way to begin your day. Well cooked and plentiful.
Disliked: The bathroom for the single room is a little on the small size if you are a large person but ample for a standard size body.

Liked: Very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Room very comfortable and relaxing. Enjoyed the jacuzzi bath.
Disliked: Would have preferred a slightly later breakfast as we were having a break away from home but otherwise everything was great.
