Bad

Disliked: Dirty and dusty room, hair on the bed, used milk and soap left around. No hot water in the shower, stained walls.

Decided to stand the loss...

Disliked: The stairwell was very poorly lit, it bed was pushed against the wall, decor was tatty, room was not fresh smelling. We decided not to stay and found another hotel instead.

Disliked: Don’t think room was an upgrade, it was dirty, half toilet roll for 2 days, bed was so uncomfortable and no bed side table etc so phone had to go on floor where you could see, old sweet etc, boiler locked away in cupboard kept us awake all night, actually missed the event we had come to see to go and complain only to find pub shut8.45 on a Saturday, soon as it was day light we left, safe to say we wont be going back to Halifax again

Liked: Lovely staff. easy check in grate. Hotel/pub definitely be booking again on my next visit to Halifax
Disliked: Warm an friendly grate accuse to the town and the football stadium
