Disliked: They didn’t come clean the room for 3days and ice machine wasn’t working in any floors

Disliked: No way of making coffee in the room, no quick breakfast options

Disliked: Everything was dirty, floor wasn't clean, saw two big eyelashes laying on the floor.Despite paying everything including tax fee and resort fee on booking.com, they still charge you tax fee and resort fee separately with 100 deposit. At the end I got double charges for those fees!

Disliked: They had already checked me out at 7am and had someone trying to clean my room while I was still sleeping!!! Check out was supposed to be at 11! I had hoped to sleep in but felt like I needed to leave. So I did! The mattress kept sliding off the base. Not well made

Comfortable

Liked: The beds were very comfortable, the bath products, the hotel reception was very pretty
Disliked: The room has no natural light, the coffee machine of the reception was broken the whole time of our stay.

Great place to stay!

Liked: The room was one of the most uniquely decorated rooms I've stayed in. It was wonderful. Loved how big and comfortable the bed was. Also, loved that there was a fan in the room to help circulate the air. You never see that and it was appreciated. The provided bathroom amenities smelled heavenly. Even though the window didn't provide a lot of light, there was plenty of light sources that helped set the ambiance. The location was close to everywhere! I stayed for a concert and it was a short walk down the street. There were plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance as well as a restaurant and cafe in the hotel itself. Parking was conveniently across the street.
Disliked: I didn't really like that the wooden floors in the room were so squeaky and loud and the carpeted floors in the hallway were also very loud. I feel you could hear anyone simply walking in the hallway. The only other gripe I have is the mini fridge locked every single time you closed it and needed to use the key to reopen.
