Liked: Great location, exceptionally clean and easy check in process.
Disliked: There was no window to open which made the stay very uncomfortable due to how hot and stuffy the room got. I also felt quite uneasy that the adjoining room door didn’t have a lock on it so anyone could have come in whenever they wanted. I have never experienced this before but it didn’t make me feel safe or secure.

Liked: We were greeted by Karmin who provided us with the keys. She was extremely friendly and helpful ! Karmin provided us with an extra fan due to the warm weather and assisted us with turning off the radiator. She could not of been any more helpful! Thank you.There was a fridge and a kettle with lots of biscuits, tea and coffee! Parking was easy and there was plenty of room.The shower is nice and powerful and the bathroom was clean. Fresh towels are provided which is very helpful. The bedding was clean but the smaller beds within the room were not very comfortable (also quite small for adults).The hotel is right next to the Fox Covert pub which is approx 30 seconds walk away. The location makes it easy to get to Yarm, ingleby, Middlesbrough. It’s also 10 mins from the motorway.
Disliked: The smaller beds in the family room were not very comfortable.

Liked: I love how the jacuzzi is so private and is only a short walk from the apartment

Disliked: It would have been nice if the property had an openable window for night time ventilation

Liked: Lovely little room with en-suite shower and bathroom. Quiet, peaceful location (within walking distance to local pub). Spotlessly clean.
Disliked: Pity no breakfast and checkout early at 10am, (although I could have requested a later checkout). It is a pity I couldn’t stay longer!

Disliked: The only thing: I really dislike the artificial scent plugged in. I had to get some fresh air into the room. Totally understand that others will like it.Would be awesome if you put a capsule coffee machine in instead of instant.
