Perfect stay in idyllic location

Liked: Sometimes you find a gem and this definitely is a gem. The hosts were so friendly and shared the interesting history of the house which was fascinating. The river ran alongside the gardens. Breakfast was spot on…we had scrambled eggs and smoked salmon which was presented beautifully. Our room was very cosy overlooking the garden and exceptionally clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous property and wonderful staff

Liked: I loved everything about this stay, the room was gorgeous, think reclaimed furniture and picturesque window seat, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. If you book here you also have to book in for a meal at the restaurant, wonderful local food cooked to perfection. I was having some health issues during our stay and the staff even turned to music down and gave me tea recommendations for my stomach. Will definitely book here again.
Disliked: To be expected there was a little noise in the evening as we went to bed early and the rooms are above the restaurant but nothing a pair of earplugs didn't fix.

A fabulous restorative stay in...

Liked: We had a fantastic stay at the Old Mill House. The perfect little retreat near to our favourite bay-Treyarnon. We were made to feel warmly welcome by each member of staff. Breakfast in the Bistro was absolutely delicious. An added bonus was that all ingredients were sourced locally. We will certainly be returning in the future.

Very good

Liked: The Old Mill House is a lovely place ran by very welcoming hosts. Located just outside Padstow is quite handy if you have a car. The room was comfortable, very clean and quiet. Parking is right outside and should be paid at the hotel. We had a lovely stay.

Peaceful, friendly stay

Liked: The Old Mill House is a lovely, peaceful, quaint property surrounded by beautiful walks and close to other pubs and restaurants without being disturbed. Our dogs were welcomed with open arms and our check in was very easy. The room was clean and had everything we needed (including conditioner). We also had breakfast which was cooked freshly when we came down and had a lovely selection of yogurt, cereals and alternative milks.

Perfect quiet village location to...

Liked: Beautiful little country house with a fabulous country garden, with a stream running alongside it. Cosy and quiet room. Little extras in the hospitality tray. Fabulous breakfasts!

Fantastic B&B!

Liked: The owners are truly amazing - very warm and welcoming, they made sure we were well looked after during our 1-night stay. Room was very spacious and cosy, breakfast was fabulous. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to go back soon!
