We can't wait to return...

Liked: From start to finish we were treated exceptional, ! We kindly got room upgrade to the highway room, due to it being my husbands birthday, the room was beautiful and Bed so comfortable, very quiet also, the outside spa was amazing, we didn't want to leave.very clean and breakfast was high quality
Disliked: Only thing that bugged us a little was the use of hottub, some people hog it and stay in it longer than they should, not thinking of other people, your left waiting to use iit, then people rush to get it. I feel two hottubs would solve this issue. Again only minor and we will definitely be returning.

I won’t be back until...

Liked: The Spa, the food and the rooms are amazing. Everything is super clean. It was very warm the last day we went but the staff had arrange different sheets for the bed and had put fans in the rooms which was great.
Disliked: Unfortunately, you would expect when paying a premium price that you would receive exceptional service. £8 a pint is probably a fair price for the surroundings and upkeep of the facility. However when you stand at the bar and have to wait ten minutes for the barman to even look at you before serving you, it’s just not good customer service. There were only a handful of patrons in the bar on the night of our last visit and each time I needed a drink I had to wait far too long. At one point an dog actually got served before me. I have been to this place quite a few times but after my last visit I don’t think I will be back again. It is an easy problem to fix and I wish they would because everything else about it is outstanding.
