Overpriced, cold.

Disliked: Very cold when I arrived. Lots of Donts in the initial policy email. Didn’t tell me if I didn’t return the plastic card / key it was a £10 charge. Cafe breakfast not good.

Liked: Great location very clean
Disliked: As there was only a couple rooms booked the restaurant wasn’t open so was just offered the Indian menu also the full breakfast menu wasn’t offered for the same reason and just offered a cake or a toasted sandwich It would have been nice to have been informed of this before we arrived
