Definitely stay again Definitely recommend...

Liked: The food was excellent and the staff were amazing and very welcoming and friendly the rooms were lovely and the beds were comfortable only thing missing is a mini fridge and aircon

Pleasant

Liked: Beautiful pub! Friendly people. It was a very hot day. Very happy to see that there was a fan in the room!
Disliked: We dined at the pub, and thought that the food was about a 5/10. We also ordered a drink that tasted like there was something wrong with it, which we send back, and still got charged for it. The mattress was very very hard.

Superb

Nice stay for one night

Liked: Cute old inn with quirky rooms. Outside sitting in the beer garden available.
Disliked: The room faced a road with lots of traffic and downstairs there is of course the pub, so it wasn't particularly quiet. Bathroom was on the tiny side but very clean.

Not quite as good as...

Liked: The staff were brilliant. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. We changed rooms and the staff were very good about it. Very warm so good to have outdoor space. Well positioned for park and ride to Canterbury.
Disliked: Room on noisy road. Needed windows open due to hot weather . No air conditioning just a fan. Fried breakfast good but no cereal, fruit or croissants - only one item on the menu allowed and extra payment expected if anything extra required.

Liked: Breakfast was lovely.
Disliked: A struggle to take luggage up narrow stair and hold doors open

Perfect place to stay when...

Liked: Easy to find, nicely decorated throughout, very good staff explaining out of hours entry etc.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like.

Night away in Cantery

Liked: Staff are brilliant and the food is good quality and super tasty.Bed was comfy Great location right next to the park and ride.Nice garden area
Disliked: Window would not stay open and doesn't open fully but I guess is for safety reasons. To be fair we didn't raise it and the staff are so good they probably would have sorted it. The bathroom was on the small side.
