Liked: Excellent location opposite the cathedral. We didn’t have the evening meal but the breakfast was amazing.
Disliked: We have no complaints.

Liked: A beautiful period property. Perfectly situated.Our room was gorgeous, with a lovely view of the gardens. And so comfortable.Our breakfast was delicious.Last but not least, the staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us.A very relaxing and peaceful place.

Excellent city location with gourmet...

Liked: We received a warm, friendly welcome with excellent service. The location was superb, and parking was easy. The gardens are wonderful and perfect for our dog.

Liked: Parking was a big plus off road and safe, Breakfast was a real experience, must admit I was a bit dubious if it would fill me not being the usual full English but it was excellent and more than enough and actually made the stay more memorable, and the staff went above and beyond to make you feel at ease so don't be put off by the prospect of it all just go with the flow and enjoy the experience

Staff lovely, great location, rooms...

Liked: The property looks beautiful from the outside and it’s in a great position for walking around Ripon with the Cathedral just opposite.
Disliked: We booked a double superior room and didn’t expect cracked bathroom tiles or just a shower sheet around a bath. However the staff were lovely. I wasn’t impressed with the breakfast as my favourite,eggs florentine or anything like poached egg or eggs Benedict wasn’t on the menu. My husband is also a true Yorkshire man and love’s his good old English breakfast. This breakfast, the Chefs signature breakfast was very unusual/different tasted lovely but not really our cup of tea.
