Expensive stay when shower not...

Liked: Great location and delicious breakfast
Disliked: The shower did not work because it’s an old building and water pressure poor. As a walker, a shower is essential. The WiFi also did not work so television did not work.

OK but wouldn't choose to...

Liked: Staff were without exception very friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent, the location was very convenient. Amenities in the room were good quality - plenty of tea, coffee, milk sachets, water, biscuits, Elemis bathroom products, everything for a comfortable stay although the double bed was quite cosy.
Disliked: The room that we had was very tired but it was one of their basic rooms I believe. The walls were marked, the carpet was stained. On the whole the room was clean, but there was some hard to reach dust/dirt down the side of the bathroom cabinet and on the bathroom towel heater. The room was noisy although we had been prepared for this from the website so took earplugs with us.

Disliked: No parking.
