Disliked: the house and all the rooms are in really bad shape. on top we had to pay double because booking.com did not pass on the payment. felt ripped off.

Disliked: Everything, not like advertised photos at least ten years out of date, no bar or restaurant facilities, room had wallpaper hanging off and room was freezing. no sign of any staff to complain to. Left after an hour.

Never again feel totally deceived

Liked: Absolutely nothing total let down. Needing a refund. Not as advertised on booking.com totally disheartening
Disliked: The receptionist on entry sat in her coat should have walked out then but paid in advance and no refund policy. Room was filthy shower too small and unsafe ( so didn’t use it ) filthy toilet brush and pot( disgusting) . Broken window . Electrical plug extension in socket near bed health and safety issue . Skylight in room roof covered in plastic so room to light to sleep in . No pre advisement on bar and kitchen bring closed ( as we would never have booked ) told if we bring food in plates and microwave in lounge could be used , lounge area and micro wave dirty . On a last note the bed was clean 1 out of ten for small effort Coach house
