Liked: It central to where we wanted to be the room itself was very spacious
Disliked: Could not charge my iPhone as there was no sockets which allowed me to do soTo find space to put the kettle and drink station so it could be plugged in no milk or cream you have to make a phone call for it no coffee maker which in this day and age should be in the room could not open the windows

Really good ,friendly staff make...

Liked: I have stayed at the old bridge for years. I am delighted to find continuity of vision and staff with the recent take over. A replacement of rather tired carpets is all to the good.

Nice location with excellent restaurant...

Liked: The hotel with its bar and restaurant is a nice base if you have work or business in the area. The room was spacious and the bathroom was a proper bathroom and not a tiny en suite. This was a nice space to spend time in.
Disliked: The building is an old building with a warren of corridors going up several floors.

An excellent stay.

Liked: delicious Granola and poached pear.I attended a celebration lunch on Saturday 5th April at the Hotel. The food was excellent and it was a wonderful celebration.
Disliked: The TV had no signal and this could not be rectified over the weekend.
