Liked: Well located within easy walk of down town. Private. Pretty little internal garden. Very old buildings. Nice breakfast area and excellent breakfast. Very nice staff but only there in the morning.
Disliked: Had to let myself in when I arrived at 2 pm. Details were provided by email. No one there when I arrived so no one to ask questions. I was given an attic room, very small (but comfortable) with a tiny bathroom. Glad I was a solo traveler! No WiFi signal in my room and tv signal very poor. Had to sit downstairs to be able to check emails, etc. Thought it was rather expensive for what I had.

Liked: Excellent breakfast, quiet room.
Disliked: Toilet flush didn't work properly, had to phone to get heating on, TV picture kept breaking up and freezing and also turned itself on randomly. Very expensive compared to my previous stay as it was the Cheltenham Festival.

Liked: Location was excellent. Easy parking, great breakfast, lovely staff
Disliked: Would have liked room to be made up. Put request on door first day but nothing done
