Passable but way better options...

Liked: Freindly staff and quiet, peaceful location. Good sized room.
Disliked: A real lack of quality, healthy options for breakfast and dinner. The breakfast felt like something from the 1980’s and when I did not want a fry up and requested an omelette it wasn’t possible. Aside from a few salads at dinner, options for healthier food were limited. The decor was a bit tired and drab and there was an awful smell of stale fat in the air throughout the restaurant as well as a strange smell in my bathroom.The whole experience felt like a dated motel from 30 years ago and I’d suggest the owners visit some other venues to see how things have moved on particularly with breakfast.

Liked: Great room and very accomodating!Dinner and breakfast were delicious and they went above and beyond for a packed lunch style breakfast with an early check out. Rooms were large and beds comfortable

Overall the stage was superb....

Liked: The design and style was superb.
Disliked: We went to the Newport Marathon 7:15 am, Sunday morning and you gave us sandwiches a packet of crisps water and an apple for breakfast. As breakfast didn’t start till 8:30 am. My daughter and her fiancee stayed in the Green King down the road. Although they don’t normally start breakfast until 8 o’clock on this particular day, they started at 7am. Which made life a lot easier for them. With that said the breakfast that we had the following morning with you was amazing.
