Liked: Being close to the Neptune statue and short walking distance to many stores and resturants was a plus. Staff were friendly and facility was clean.
Disliked: The toilet paper was our only real complaint!

Liked: The location was great, and room was quiet and clean. The value was great. Would stay at this hotel again.
Disliked: The staff at the front desk didn't seem eager to help you. However, the one person who checked me in and out was very good.

Disliked: Hotel is outdated for such a prime spot, room wasn't clean, the tub had dirt stains, the floors were still sandy which isn't really unexpected for a beach hotel but it was clear the floor was not vacuumed or swept. There were soap stains on the counter from where the bar soap was used from the last guest. The beds were smaller and extremely uncomfortable, and the pillows were laughable. The staff wasn't horrible, just under trained in hospitality. I listened to staff talk about their drunken night out the night before. And one staff member talked about her boyfriend issues. I think the most disappointing factor was how outdated this hotel is. Owners should really reinvest into the business and level up. I understand there are many factors to consider when renovating a business..and its easier said than done, but start somewhere and work your way to the end goal. I would've paid double at another hotel if they weren't all booked up because I knew that I was going to have quality stay. I wouldn't have minded paying more for this hotel if it was updated with a more hospitality trained staff.

Disliked: Well there's one thing is why as nice as Ocean Front is you only have just one microwave in the lobby for all of your guests when you have know breakfast service.
