The location is perfect and...

Liked: The location is perfect and the ocean view from our room was amazing.
Disliked: The property is old and a bit run down, but it’s clean. They could upgrade the pillows.

Great location, nice and clean...

Liked: It was very clean. Had a nice dorm sized refrigerator and microwave.
Disliked: There was no thermostat so I couldn’t adjust the temperature. There was a fan in the room but it was loud. The bed was a little hard for my liking.

Great location and spacious rooms.

Liked: Great location, friendly check-in, free parking. Spacious living area, with great views. Stayed on the 2nd floor which is ideal. A first floor might be a little too much with people walking by the window.
Disliked: Beds are super high, no elevator, no screens on the windows to allow a breeze, got very stuffy at night. They offered a box fan, but was extremely noisy.

Walking distance to Seaside attractions....

Liked: Convenient proximity to the beach, restaurants and bars.
Disliked: Passersby on public walkway talking loudly during sleeping hours.A small freezer would have been ideal. Basic kitchen utensils were needed: spoon, fork, knife, bottle opener, place, bowl, and full-size tumblers.
