Liked: Friendly staff; clean and quiet room; good food; convenient location.

Liked: The restaurant and pub were great, it was decorated lovely and had a nice ambiance
Disliked: The rooms were extremely hot, there was a fan provided but during this hot weather air con was really needed. Some.of the staff were amazing but a few who left customer service to be desired. They were working but were very stroppy when serving or of asked a question.My room was a nice size, however there are a few improvements needed. The rooms need a good deep clean, a mini fridge to keep your drinks cool.

Great family stay

Liked: Great size rooms, lovely bathroom, comfy bed and great staff / service. Food was lovely with lots of choice. Close to Walton Train Station (10min walk). Would highly recommend.
Disliked: If you’re in a rush, breakfast and dinner took quite a while to arrive (over half an hour) so make sure you leave plenty of time.
