Disliked: If you arrive ay 9.00 PM, the gate is closed and they do not answer phone I could enter because a very kindly family let me enter in the area

Liked: Balcony was spacious. Beds comfortable. Pools were plentiful & nice. Landscaping gorgeous.
Disliked: Woman checking us in was terse to the point of rudeness. We had to squeeze info out of her while she acted like we were a bother..

Apartment felt dirty, grounds and...

Liked: The pools are very nice and the gardens are lovely. Each unit came with two cruiser bicycles which were great for rides around the resort.
Disliked: The one bedroom upstsuite was dark and dated. There were two long black hairs in our bed when we went to bed and a large crumb making us wonder if the bed was changed or possibly the cleaning staff lost some hair? When we wiped the floor it came up brown. The unfriendly desk staff told us it was from old laminate flooring. When I mentioned these issues, instead of apologizing she said “hope to see you next time.”
