Disappointing

Disliked: No shower only bath Not enough towels supplied - one towel for two people. Very low ceilings. Staff from reception to restaurant were below expectation. Facilities were ok, restaurant food was great but more drawbacks than we would hope especially considering the price.

Disliked: The coffee machine in the room leaked so i couldn't use it. There wasn't a shower but a large whirlpool bath, but there was no plug? just a hand held shower head on a 2 ft flexible pipe. Not ideal.

Amazing comfort

Liked: This is my go to place to stay when I’m on business trips in the area. Comfortable, cosy amazing Staff John is the best. Whenever you stay always ask for John his amazing.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about

A beautiful location for a...

Liked: Gorgeous setting, beautiful decor and extremely attentive staff.
Disliked: Spa bath didn’t work, few staff on at times (bar, check in done by same person but these areas far apart). Some features within room 5 not working / past their best.
