Nice stay in a lovely...

Liked: Interesting building. Didn’t have breakfast but dinner was excellent.
Disliked: Rain shower in room needed a good clean - covered in limescale. Drinks a little on the expensive side.

Bad

Great place for a short...

Liked: The standard of food was excellent. The outdoor seating area was great
Disliked: The dog kennels opposite were a little noisy.

Perfect location and excellent food.

Liked: This was a one night stay before travelling on to Bungay later the following day. Ideally situated and the food was excellent.
Disliked: Room blinds had not been checked and were fixed in the open position. Only needed a battery in the mechanics but should have been checked beforehand!

Liked: It was fine for our stay, the food was lovely
Disliked: Thought the bathroom mainly the shower could do with some attention

Superb

Great place!

Liked: Lovely place, extremely clean and all staff very friendly
Disliked: Took over. 10 mins for a member of staff to meet us at the check in desk

Misleading photos

Disliked: Photos of the rooms on booking are misleading. I was given the room without the character (pics for comparision added) Also the reataurant adds 12.5% charge to any order.

Exceptional

Liked: A very relaxing place with lovely staff and lovely to walk around the gardens
