Great weekend getaway with friendly...

Liked: Good sized rooms, clean and well equipped. Lovely pub with good food and friendly staff! Walking distance to everything we wanted with good parking.
Disliked: Nothing really

Perfect for a short getaway.

Liked: Lovely big comfortable room and bathroom. Food was nice, not fine dining but much better than pub grub! Ample parking and a great area.
Disliked: It’s next to a roundabout but it doesn’t disturb you in the night.

Liked: The staff were all very friendly. They kindly accommodated a late check out. Breakfast was very good. It was easy to find and parking was convenient. The room was lovely, obviously recently renovated/decorated and very clean.
Disliked: The room was above the restaurant and the extractor fan was noisy. The road noise is intrusive.

Liked: Clean tidy and welcoming staff, food was excellent, can’t fault it.

Liked: Food was served hot and portion sizes were generous. Staff were pleasant and accommodating.
Disliked: No extractor fan in bathroom. Skirting needed cleaning/painting. Sound insulation poor in ceiling. Heard every movement from occupants in room above. Also stairs leading to upstairs room were in our bathroom and again no sound insulation. Room was very dark and had to have lights on all the time.
