This was a very nice hotel with helpful, friendly staff. Very close to wine tasting and our concert venue. We will be back!

Liked: Close proximity to all wine tasting and concert venue.
Disliked: I think the carpet needs to be changed or cleaned. Breakfast was the same all 3 days we were there - maybe some variety on what is offered in the way of eggs for example. Maybe have one day with omelettes and one day with Eggs Benedict etc.

We met Philip at the front desk when we checked in. He made sure the accommodation was what we needed for my 2 kids and myself. He was in the restaurant in the morning and personally brought a cup of hot chocolate for my kids and found us a table. We left our Ipad by accident and he called as soon as the maid service alerted him of our mistake. We were already on the road, so he is sending it to our home. First class all the way! Thank you everyone at the Oaks Hotel and Suites for making our stay fantastic!

We stayed here for one night to be within walking distance from the Mid-State Fair. We booked through Concerthotels.com which was a really easy booking system (better than Hotels.com or Expedia etc.). What a beautiful new hotel! Very close to the fairgrounds; sparkling clean bathrooms and bed linen; great breakfast buffet the following morning. All of us were impressed and have decided to make this our hotel for all future concert stays. It was $245 for a 2 Queen room on a Thursday night, so not the cheapest place, but only $15 more than the run down Best Western down the street. Definitely worth it, and always a better idea than driving home after a few blinky-cup-Long-Islands from the fair.

Liked: Rooms were available and they accepted pets with fees, Staff were polite and helpful. I think the issues are related to ownership.
Disliked: Water had no issues like my previous stay a few years ago. Desk staff was very nice and helpful despite appearing understaffed. There were no water glasses in the rooms only 2 coffee cups and one decaf pod and one regular.

Disliked: Stayed for one night, I noticed my $100 deposit was never returned and also a random charge for $82 on my card. When I called to follow up on this, the women who picked up did not want to discuss this with me and told me to call back. I tried to get more details on the additional charges as I was worried, and then she hung up on me. Seems very shady :(I had to go to my bank to dispute the charges
