Sorry I trusted the Oakes...

Liked: In spite of finding my confirmed room was no longer available less than 24 hours before I was due to arrive, they were able to book me into a room at an adjacent hotel.
Disliked: Received a call from the Oakes less than 24 hours before I was due to check in telling me my room was no longer available.

Bad service.

Liked: Location
Disliked: The staff at the reception showed racism. They were reluctant to give me my advance booked room and suggested some other local hotel even though they had enough options within their hotel. Very pathetic customer service. Sad to experience such a racist attitude
