Liked: We didn’t actually stay on property as they called us a night before stating that the property wouldn’t be able to have us stay due to issues on property. They did, however, book us another room at another hotel.

Disliked: My original booking was cancelled without any prior information and they rebooked us to a different hotel which didnt serve the purpose of the room with the fall view.I have done this booking well in advance with an intent to have the room with the best view of the horse shoe fall but the unexpected changes played the spoil sport.Please imagine the plight of our family who booked well in advance, travelled all the way from Dubai to Canada, only to experience such unpleasant surprise. Please refund my booking amount with the compensation for the mental agony our family went through at the venue.

Very poor

Liked: we were rebooked from this hotel to the Hilton. didn't get a room with the full view of the falls as we had witb the Oaks and ended up with a partial view of one of the halls.
Disliked: Hilton Hotel is too big , similar to what you find in Vegas. it was like staying at the airport . ended up paying more for the room in the Hilton than in the Oakes (even though we were told the rate was the same)
