Lorraine was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location was great, close to town centre and theatre.

Nice but more of a...
Liked: Good location, free parking and the room was clean. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: There was no breakfast included but there didn't appear to be an option for any food there. The room was quite small for the price and the wash basin was outside the bathroom area and within the room itself. At least it was en-suite as it looked like some were not as there was a communal bathroom & shower area. The place was clean but a bit dated and tired in places. Bed was quite uncomfortable so didn't sleep well.

Great little hotel
Liked: Lovely little hotel, owner was very friendly and very helpful. Close to university so excellent for graduation.
Disliked: Room was on the small side, as was the ensuite but more than adequate.
