Lorraine was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location was great, close to town centre and theatre.

Liked: Third time staying here. Nice clean comfortable room, exceptional value for money. Very convenient for the railway station and an easy stroll to the city centre

Liked: The owners were very friendly. Rooms were spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows. A 10 minute walk into the centre of Exeter. I would stay there again.

Liked: Friendly owners, didnt have breakfast so I couldn't review that. Reasonable price as it was a short notice booking. Itd been nice to have bit breakfast included but for area It was fair price, I thought it might be noisy as my room was at front but have to say went surprisingly quiet later in night which I was glad as I really needed to sleep. Id recommend
