Lorraine was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location was great, close to town centre and theatre.

Liked: Friendly host, so welcoming. Great location and very clean and comfortable beds. Would easily stay again. And reasonably priced.
Disliked: Check out is a little early. 11AM would be nicer than 10AM.

Apart from the shower, excellent.

Liked: The staff were friendly and very helpfull. Checking in time was good - early, unlike most B&B's and this was very useful for me. The room was clean, warm, and comfortable.I was allowed to leave my bags there for a good while after check-out, which was also very helpful.
Disliked: The shower. The water was tepid, not hot at all. This was very disappointing and is the reason for my low overall score, as EVERYTHING else was very good.

Liked: Staff is super nice and it’s clean, well located and pretty
Disliked: Walls are paper thin and there seems to be cavitation in the pipes which is really noisy.

Perfect location for us but...

Liked: Ten minute walk to town was fine, parking was adequate and room was clean. Bed was soft which suited us after a long drive and the land lady was pleasant.
Disliked: Lack of breakfast made £90 a little expensive for a basic en suite room but in this area its ok. Room security was an old fashioned key and could use updating but did the job.

Liked: Ideal location within walking distance to city centre. Friendly welcome, spotlessly clean.
