Lorraine was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location was great, close to town centre and theatre.

Liked: I had one of their small budget rooms so small room, shared bathroom, basic shower (although hot enough) and a ridiculously small tv (laptop size - difficult to see from the bed - seriously! - argos sells loads of 32 inch tvs for under £150 or even a 24 inch at less than £120!)That said the room was clean, nicely done, the landlady was excellent and the location between a great weatherspoons, the station and the town was superb - in Exeter I can't see you getting better at the price
