Very good

Liked: All good.Good breakfast.Nice staff.Good customer service.
Disliked: It says air-conditioning in booking.comBut only a table fan.I selected air-conditioning during searching in booking.com.Cant complaint about property I thing problem with booking. com website.So charged air-conditioning price

Disliked: The noise of the kitchen extractor system due to positioning of my bedroom window staff smoking right next to the gas storage tanks which have NO smoking signs on the tanks

We enjoyed our stay and...

Liked: The staff were very helpful and we enjoyed our meals
Disliked: We got a taxi ordered to go into Coventry and it was 6 pounds more than the taxi fare to return. Could not understand such a large difference

Liked: Lovely comfortable bed, great nights sleep. Great location, friendly staff especially the breakfast guy and the morning house keeper

Disliked: Had to ask for extra pillows but these were willingly providedCould do with a bit of TLC on things like the loose tap and the window that couldn't be put onto tilt only (it always tried to swing open as well)
