Liked: Professional, courteous staff. Clean room, in fact, the entire building (at least those parts we were in) was clean and well maintained. Great location.

Disliked: Too much noise in the hall at night.

From the moment we arrived the customer service was great! The room was beautiful - had a view of the city that was great. I would recommend any and everybody stay here when in Philadelphia!

Beautiful room; great service; friendly staff; clean pool; easy access to Hard Rock Cafe and terminal market place. Walked to Liberty Bell, Independence Hall and Jewelers Row. Only drawback was the parking price and wait. Would refer to friends.

Liked: Location is great! It’s near the Reading Terminal Market, the Convention Center, City Sightseeing bus and right across from City Hall. It was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The restaurant wasn’t great for breakfast.

Liked: Comfortable beds and room. dorian was awesome - helping us when we checked in. He went out of his way to make sure we were settled in to our room after a bit of a mix up when we got there

Liked: Location is excellent. Although the narrow driveway with lots of cars waiting to be valet made unloading our luggage (which we had a lot) challenging. Elizabeth who was working at the valet was super helpful.
Disliked: Long long line at the front desk.
