Liked: Professional, courteous staff. Clean room, in fact, the entire building (at least those parts we were in) was clean and well maintained. Great location.

Beautiful room; great service; friendly staff; clean pool; easy access to Hard Rock Cafe and terminal market place. Walked to Liberty Bell, Independence Hall and Jewelers Row. Only drawback was the parking price and wait. Would refer to friends.

Liked: Location in town
Disliked: Located next to the cleaning storage on the 15th. regularly quite some noise. Regarding the question on the higher price got the reaction that this is probably tax, but not sure so not very helpful. Cap of the coffee cups was not suitable, but no alternatives and not much of help offered upon request. Of course all first-world problems, but for this price and classification not meeting the expectations.

Great, safe, clean, modern hotel...

Liked: The hotel provided slippers and robes when I asked. The gym was a decent size.Bed was very comfortable. I stayed with my 2 grown kids and husband and the room was a good size. Conveniently located to old town. Definitely walkable. We walked to the Philadelphia Art Museum and back. Trader Joe’s was down the block. The hotel provided bottled water which was very nice
Disliked: Nothing. All was good. Will stay here again
