Liked: Professional, courteous staff. Clean room, in fact, the entire building (at least those parts we were in) was clean and well maintained. Great location.

From the moment we arrived the customer service was great! The room was beautiful - had a view of the city that was great. I would recommend any and everybody stay here when in Philadelphia!

Beautiful room; great service; friendly staff; clean pool; easy access to Hard Rock Cafe and terminal market place. Walked to Liberty Bell, Independence Hall and Jewelers Row. Only drawback was the parking price and wait. Would refer to friends.

Nice stay

Liked: The hotel has an excellent location. The rooms are spacious and very quiet with an excellent bathroom. The lobby is also very nice and quiet. You are close to the Wanamaker and the main buildings of the city. Public transport within easy reach. Good WiFi. Nice bar with a wide selection of drinks and very friendly staff.
Disliked: The furniture and furnishings of the room show some wear and tear. The breakfast room is small and the menu is rather limited. The Valet parking is expensive, but not unusual for the Metropolitan area.

Disliked: Not enough light in rooms. Pretty dated and slightly shabby. In hotel restaurant breakfast was cold and bland. Not as advertised in pictures.
