Liked: Professional, courteous staff. Clean room, in fact, the entire building (at least those parts we were in) was clean and well maintained. Great location.

From the moment we arrived the customer service was great! The room was beautiful - had a view of the city that was great. I would recommend any and everybody stay here when in Philadelphia!
Liked: The service was outstanding.

Beautiful room; great service; friendly staff; clean pool; easy access to Hard Rock Cafe and terminal market place. Walked to Liberty Bell, Independence Hall and Jewelers Row. Only drawback was the parking price and wait. Would refer to friends.
Liked: Wonderful room; clean; friendly service.
Disliked: Car valet wait and cost.

Overall pleasant but in the...
Liked: Helpful, friendly staff, as should be. Smiles goa long way and that was across the board. Location for our various destinations was spot on perfect.
Disliked: Air/ventilation was broken. Rough first night ? very HOT. Was fixed, to a degree, for a more comfortable room temperature the second night. Would have left hotel instead of changing rooms as I only live an hour away if not adjusted/fixed.Details make the difference and I would suggest in the training of room staff/housekeeping that when beds are made/prepared that the tags on bed linens (sheets, duvets/covers, comforters, etc) signifying ?the bottom? are actually placed that way. The tags on the sheets, etc. were actually sewn onto the middle portion of the sheet, etc., and on my bed were placed at the head of the bed. This may sound trivial but when one ?turns down a bed? and sees tags and feels tags on the face and/or shoulders and arms it does make a difference.
