Liked: Professional, courteous staff. Clean room, in fact, the entire building (at least those parts we were in) was clean and well maintained. Great location.

From the moment we arrived the customer service was great! The room was beautiful - had a view of the city that was great. I would recommend any and everybody stay here when in Philadelphia!

Beautiful room; great service; friendly staff; clean pool; easy access to Hard Rock Cafe and terminal market place. Walked to Liberty Bell, Independence Hall and Jewelers Row. Only drawback was the parking price and wait. Would refer to friends.

Disliked: Small room and charged me for the bed I initially requested prior to our stay without informing me before we got there.Didn't have the shuttle to the airport that was in their info, which is why we initially booked this hotel, too.
