Liked: Professional, courteous staff. Clean room, in fact, the entire building (at least those parts we were in) was clean and well maintained. Great location.

Beautiful room; great service; friendly staff; clean pool; easy access to Hard Rock Cafe and terminal market place. Walked to Liberty Bell, Independence Hall and Jewelers Row. Only drawback was the parking price and wait. Would refer to friends.

Liked: Wonderful room; clean; friendly service.
Disliked: Car valet wait and cost.

Amazing. I will be back.

Liked: Everything was great from the time I walked in until the time I left the service was exceptional. The staff made sure that I had a speedy check in as well as check out. The room were super clean and stocked with towels for the duration of my stay. I enjoyed the location most, as it was in the center of everything and easily accessible to train and bus stations.
Disliked: COVID caused the restaurant and bars to be shut down which had nothing to do with the establishment itself.

Place haspotential. But You need...

Liked: I?m not the type to complain but I didn?t enjoy my stay at all
Disliked: I arrived at around 5pm to check in. I had booked a 2 room suite. After giving the receptionist my info she pick up the phone and called someone . The receptionist then hung up the phone and tried to get me to switch rooms claiming the new room had a better view. I explained to her that it?s Valentine?s Day and I have my kids . So I wanted something with separate spaces .And wanted to keep my room. She says ok and sent me to my room. I get on the elevator and it took me other guest 10 mins to figure out how it worked. This should be explained at the front desk that they work with your room card. I then get to my room and the smell of heavy smoke hits our face . Very upsetting. As my wife is unpacking her bathroom items .The first drawer she opens there?s dirty towels with throw up on it smelling like LQ. I come into the bathroom open up another drawer and there?s more dirty towels. Broke handlesat this point my wife is pissed and ready to leave. We also noticed the toilet paper roll that was hanging next to the toilet was almost down to the cardboard.Yuck ! I opened the sofa bed for my kids and the first cushion I lift I see female eyelashes yuck. At this point my whole family packed back up and wanted out.I went down to the desk waited inline for another 15 mins as to there was only one girl at the desk and 10 people waiting to check in.I get to the desk and I tell the receptionist what I saw and smelled . I also showed her pictures. She said sorry and that she would switch my room. She said she had no more 2 room suites but she can give me one king room which has a door in the room that connects with the next room so I be with my kids with two spaces We get our belongings and hike to the next room.Just to find out that she made a mistake. The Rooms didn?t connect at all. I went back down waited I line again. Now no more king beds available. They gave me to twin bed rooms. My wife and I had to sleep in separate beds on Vday . For $450 a night this place is ghetto Stay away
