Liked: Location was great, over road from bus stop. Bus few stops from city centre. Comfortable beds, clean, tidy room. One member of staff went above & beyond to help.
Disliked: Ensuite needs an update.

Disliked: Terrible staff, stupid rules to make money, they wouldn’t be at the reception, they turned WiFi off at night, they gave me a different room that what was booked

Liked: Room was clean beds were comfortable and bedding was pristine
Disliked: Room was basic but fit for purpose if you plan to sleep and shower there, we had a room for 3 but nowhere for 3 people to sit, so it was good we had plans to be out and only return to shower and sleep

Disliked: Small, old, nothing to it. Noisy plumbing , can’t open window.

Disliked: Bathroom smelled mouldy. Room cleaning only every 2-3 days despite stained sheets. Adjustable height shower head was broken so I had to hold the head up in order to clean my hair. Won't let you check bags in early. No elevator and no offer was made to help us with our heavy luggage up the stairs.
