Disliked: No parking near by Staff member wasn't co-operative upon arrival, refused to let me pay one night stay when I was paying upfront and needed to alter my booking. Refused to give partial refund on early check out. Was very unassisted. The queen size bed was 2 singles joined. No face cloths. Was given another towel when I asked for one. Beds uncomfortable and no parking. Only a vending machine for food opt

Liked: Great location, our son lives nearby. Good transport links into Sydney. Parking available for our hire car. Lovely garden and park opposite

Liked: Most of the suites appear to be located at the rear of the building. Quiet and away from traffic. The room was spacious and clean and an ensuite is always a bonus.
Disliked: The room was equipped with a mini bar fridge, in the early hours of the morning I became ware of it switching on and off. This deprived me of a good nights sleep.
