Liked: Quiet room/part of the hotel. Space in the room to do my rehab. Good shower. Had everything I needed. And I like old buildings.

Liked: Easy to locate and has parking at the rear.
Disliked: Dated decor and unique smell. Rude night staff.

Superb
Liked: Nice buffet style cooked breakfast and it finished at 10.30 am on a weekend so no hurry to get up on time. Very interesting old building. Close to tram stop so very convenient to get into Backpool or just further into Fleetwood.
