Amazing staff

Liked: The staff were excellent as always nothing is too much trouble for them . Very welcoming.
Disliked: Only one criticism the amount of rubbish outside the front of the hotel was disappointing. Cigarettes, dirty meat trays, paper etc. Even the seating outside was full of rubbish. Although this didn't mar our stay we would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Both dining rooms offered affordable meals. Staff were friendly and efficient. Special thanks to handy man who helped with our heavy suitcases when the lift was broken and again as we were leaving. Reception staff very efficient.
Disliked: Noises from below rooms when live entertainment was happening. Base noise at ridiculous level, could not hear our t.v in room. Needs sound proofing. Outside could do with cleaning up a bit. Didn't like my pillows, hard and lumpy.
