Liked: Beautiful setting inside and out. Breakfast was more than ample, well prepared and presented in a well place dining area with marvelous floor to ceiling windows. Morning coffee spot on and amenities were excellent. Room was spacious, access to porch provided a wonderful setting for early morning tea and reflections. Main porches with plenty of comfortable sitting areas, inside sitting room and game room excellent for down time relaxation. Wonderful historical home with modernizations. Owners were very knowledgeable about the history of the home.

Liked: Good size room. Very clean and comfortable. Easy to get to. Easy parking. Great location. Not far from Lansing. House is old but everything updated.

Liked: the property was beautiful from the lobby to the room that we stayed in. I am also 6”3 in height and the jacuzzi was a perfect size for me (for anyone wondering). Overall, I enjoyed the environment.
Disliked: can’t say there was anything that I didn’t like.

Our stay was extremely satisfying...

Liked: Our main objective was to get away from the everyday responsibilities, and The Nordic Pineapple did just that. My husband and I did not want to sight see, other than seeing The State Capital, we wanted to do an extended version of our infrequent relaxing down time with no interruptions. (We have 3 teenage daughters and two dogs) we were able to accomplish this, plus meet some awesome people along the way. Thank you to The Nordic Pineapple for your great hospitality, your awesome breakfasts, and beautiful comfortable accommodations. We were not disappointed in the slightest.
Disliked: A little background first: my husband is a builder, he is outside for many ours of the day, hot or cold. He prefers the cold, so our home rarely goes above 68 degrees, so, for us, it was a little warm in the room. But with each room having their own thermostat, we were able to get the temperature closer to what we are used to. The common area temperature was doable. For people who don’t keep their home at Arctic levels, you will be comfortable, no doubt.
